一般的に、日当たり・眺望、天井高や段差、室内の劣化状況等、図面上ではわからず、実際にお部屋に行ってみないと確認できない点についてはよく見ておいた方がよろしいかと思います。

中古物件の場合、売主様居住中の物件が多いです。（住みながらの売却）
居住中の物件を内覧することに抵抗がある為に居住中の物件を省いて物件探しをしてしまうと、検討できる物件数は少なくなってしまいます。
なので、できるだけ、居住中の物件も併せて検討されることをお勧め致します。
